Lann Home ("we", "us", "our") is operated by Shanghai Guava Trading ltd, a company registered in the People's Republic of China, with its principal place of business at No.65 Huandongyi Road, Jinshan District, Shanghai.

We sell handcrafted ceramics, tea ware, and home décor objects — sourced from artisans in Jingdezhen, China, and vintage pieces from Japan — to customers in the United Kingdom via our website at www.lannhome.com.

2. These Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms.

Where you are purchasing as a consumer in the United Kingdom, your rights are protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, and other applicable UK consumer law. Nothing in these Terms affects those statutory rights.

3. Ordering

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase. We will confirm receipt of your order by email. A binding contract is formed when we send you a separate order confirmation email confirming that your order has been dispatched.

We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion — for example, if a product is out of stock or if we are unable to verify your payment. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will notify you promptly and arrange a full refund.

All prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (£) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

4. Payment

We accept the following payment methods: PayPal. Payment is taken at the time of order. All transactions are processed securely. We do not store your payment card details.

5. Shipping & Delivery

All orders are dispatched from China. Please allow 7–12 business days for delivery to UK addresses. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or postal delays outside our control.

We will provide a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Import duties and taxes: As your order is shipped from China, it may be subject to UK customs duties or import VAT. Any such charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our prices. We recommend checking with HMRC or your local customs authority if you are unsure.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

6. Returns & Refunds

We want you to love what you bring home. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order.

6.1 Your right to cancel (UK statutory right)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us clearly within that 14-day period by emailing info@lannhome.com.

6.2 Our extended 30-day returns policy

In addition to your statutory rights, we voluntarily extend our returns window to 30 days from the date of receipt. You may return any item within 30 days, provided:

• The item is unused and in its original condition

• The item is returned in its original or equivalent packaging

• You contact us at info@lannhome.com before returning, to receive a returns authorisation and the return address

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty or was sent in error.

6.3 Faulty or damaged items

If your item arrives damaged or is not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return postage where required.

6.4 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days to your original payment method. We will notify you by email when your refund has been issued.

6.5 Non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

• Items that have been used, washed, or altered

• Items returned after 30 days without prior agreement

7. Products

We take care to describe and photograph our products accurately. However, please note:

• Handcrafted items may have slight variations in glaze, colour, or finish — these are characteristics of hand-made work, not defects.

• Vintage items sourced from Japan are pre-owned and may show minor signs of age or use, which will be noted in the product description.

• Product images are for illustration purposes; actual colours may vary slightly due to screen calibration

All content on this website — including photography, text, branding, and design — is the property of Lann Home or its licensors and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the price paid for the relevant product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

10. Privacy

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, and in compliance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. However, if you are a consumer resident in the United Kingdom, you will also benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your purchase shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
